KIM HOURSTON

Certified in Advanced Rolfing and Massage

Kim helps her clients feel better by helping to reduce pain, helping to improve performance and helping patients to look better and move with greater ease and grace

She works with her clients to address general health maintenance concerns, including poor posture, and specific health issues including: back and neck pain, shoulder pain (such as frozen shoulder), elbow pain, wrist pain (such as carpel tunnel), knee pain, ankle pain, foot pain (such as plantar fasciitis), headaches, TMJ issues, digestive issue and, general anxiety, to mention a few.

Kim is highly responsive to the unique needs of every individual.

Kim believes in working “with” her clients not simply “on” them. Her work is a dance, a gentle give-and-take, between her and her client. She is transparent and deeply present with each client, giving them the space they need to talk about what is happening in their life and tailoring each session to what they need. Her interactive work is focused on quality, responsive touch that goes deeply without always pushing deeply. Then she gives her clients the education and tools that they need to help maintain their health on their own.

Fundamentally, when clients work with Kim, they feel better, look better and do better! They experience less pain, greater ease, have more options and are able to more fully participate in and enjoy life!
