“Walk slowly, breathe deeply.” Thich, Nhat Hanh
Recommendations:
Exercise:
At least 2-3 times a week. Consider walking, hiking, cycling, climbing,
gardening, pilates, yoga, weights.
Whatever your inclination, try to maintain a regular routine. It is most likely that you will succeed if your ‘exercise’ is something you like doing.
Nutrition:
“You are what you eat!” We all have habits around food. It can be helpful
and insightful to talk with a Certified Nutritionist for guidance and support
Rest and Relaxation:
Quiet time, time to rest, time to meditate.
Health Maintenance:
In addition to Colorado Rolfing:

Attention to Posture and Habits of Movement:
What you do every day, many times a day adds up to how you feel, how you move and how you look!
