Yoga: Private Classes for 1 or more!
Private yoga lessons/classes are beneficial for beginners to learn and explore the basics before going into a public class setting; to address health issues, limitations and rehabilitation needs; to answer questions and address chalenges about your current practice; and for those who want to raise their existing practice to the next level.
Yoga practice can also complement bodywork sessions and yoga nidra.
Vinyassa yoga generally has a flow from pose to pose, building to a key pose or exploring a range of movement within a range of limitation. Yin yoga is a less active form that allows one to settle and sink into a pose, allowing breath and structure to find some ease and rest.
Classes are planned around my client’s particular needs and interests!
